Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place butter in a baking dish and heat in the oven until melted and sizzling.
  2. Blend or whisk eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth. Let batter rest.
  3. Pour batter into hot baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
