- 500g boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil and stir-fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Sauté bell peppers and onion in the same skillet.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Return chicken to skillet, add black pepper, and stir-fry.
- Season with salt and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly cracked black pepper for best flavor. Marinate chicken for at least 10 minutes. Do not overcrowd the pan. Add vegetables for variation.
