Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 lbs Chicken Legs or Wings
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Chopped Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken in the glaze.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), line baking sheet, and arrange chicken on a wire rack.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, then increase to 425°F (220°C) and bake until caramelized.
  5. Baste with remaining glaze (optional).
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, serve hot.
