Instructions
- Brown ground lamb, drain excess grease.
- Sauté bell pepper and garlic in the same skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper, add soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened.
- Spoon filling onto egg roll wrappers, top with cheese, and roll tightly.
- Fry or bake egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces (optional).
