  • 2 (25 oz) packages Frozen Beef Ravioli
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 (24 oz) jar Marinara Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • ¾ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef, drain excess grease.
  3. Sauté bell pepper and onion in the same skillet.
  4. Add garlic, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer.
  5. Layer half the ravioli, half the sauce, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese in the baking dish.
  6. Repeat layers. Top with remaining sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

Use Italian sausage for spice, pesto for creaminess, or add mushrooms and spinach for variations. Make ahead of time for convenience.
