- 1 Medium Yellow Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
- ¾ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 lb Uncooked Pasta
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Brown beef in oil, drain excess grease.
- Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet.
- Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add pasta and beef broth. Simmer until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Use chorizo for a spicy twist. Add mushrooms and Swiss cheese for variation. Incorporate pesto and Parmesan for Italian flair. Make ahead of time for convenience.
