Cheesy Ground Beef Pasta Skillet Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • ¾ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 lb Uncooked Pasta
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in oil, drain excess grease.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet.
  3. Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add pasta and beef broth. Simmer until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

Use chorizo for a spicy twist. Add mushrooms and Swiss cheese for variation. Incorporate pesto and Parmesan for Italian flair. Make ahead of time for convenience.
