Instructions
- Sauté potatoes, onion, and garlic in oil until golden brown and tender.
- Whisk eggs with cream, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture over potatoes and onions. Scramble gently until cooked through.
- Optional: Transfer skillet to oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chives or parsley and paprika (optional). Serve hot.
