- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- Vegetable Oil (for frying)
- Ranch Dressing (optional)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef, drain excess grease.
- Sauté bell pepper, onion, and jalapeño (optional) in the same skillet.
- Add spices, salt, and pepper. Cook briefly.
- Stir in cheeses until melted. Let cool slightly.
- Roll filling into small balls.
- Dredge balls in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing (optional).
Notes
Use a blend of cheeses for extra cheesy flavor. Increase jalapeño or add cayenne pepper for spicier bites. Add smoked paprika for smoky flavor. Make a vegetarian version with black beans and corn. Bake instead of frying for a lighter option. Serve with dipping sauces and vegetables.
