- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 large Shallot
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Freshly Ground White Pepper
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Vegetable Broth
- ½ cup Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Grated Gruyere Cheese
- ¼ cup Dry Milk Powder
- 1 pound Bowtie Pasta
- Water
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in butter, drain excess grease.
- Sauté shallot and garlic in the same skillet.
- Add thyme, salt, pepper, heavy cream, vegetable broth, cream cheese, Gruyere cheese, and milk powder. Simmer until thickened.
- Cook bowtie pasta al dente in salted water, drain.
- Combine cooked pasta with creamy beef sauce.
- Serve hot, garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use different cheeses, add vegetables, incorporate herbs, or adjust spice level for variations. Prepare sauce or assemble the entire dish in advance for convenience.
