Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta

Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta

Do you remember those meals from childhood that just felt like a warm hug on a plate? For me, it was always pasta night, and if it involved a creamy sauce and tender beef, well, that was pure magic.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 large Shallot
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Freshly Ground White Pepper
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Gruyere Cheese
  • ¼ cup Dry Milk Powder
  • 1 pound Bowtie Pasta
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in butter, drain excess grease.
  2. Sauté shallot and garlic in the same skillet.
  3. Add thyme, salt, pepper, heavy cream, vegetable broth, cream cheese, Gruyere cheese, and milk powder. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Cook bowtie pasta al dente in salted water, drain.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with creamy beef sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use different cheeses, add vegetables, incorporate herbs, or adjust spice level for variations. Prepare sauce or assemble the entire dish in advance for convenience.
