- 1.5 lbs Salmon Fillet
- ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- Vegetable Oil (for frying)
- ¾ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
- Sesame Seeds (optional)
- Chopped Green Onions (optional)
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry, cut into cubes.
- Dredge salmon in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry or bake salmon bites until golden brown and crispy.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
- Toss salmon bites with bang bang sauce. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Add honey and garlic to sauce for a sweeter variation. Increase sriracha for extra heat. Add lemon juice and lime zest for citrus flavor. Use coconut flakes in breading for coconut crunch. Serve as an appetizer, main course, or party food.
