- 1 lb Rotini Pasta
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 small Yellow Onion
- 2 cans Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3 cups Cooked Chicken Breast
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 ½ cups Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Melted Butter
- Fresh Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta al dente, drain.
- Sauté bell pepper and onion in oil.
- Combine soup, mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add pasta, vegetables, chicken, and cheddar cheese to the sauce. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with buttered breadcrumbs.
- Bake until golden brown and bubbly. Rest, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Add hot sauce or chili flakes for spice, vegetables for variety, or different cheeses for flavor. Use fresh herbs for extra aroma.
