- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 large Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 ripe Avocado
- ½ cup Corn Kernels
- ½ cup Black Beans
- ½ cup Ranch Dressing
- Fresh Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté in oil until cooked through.
- Prepare cheese, avocado, corn, and black beans.
- Slice or shred chicken.
- Warm tortillas.
- Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, layer cheese, chicken, avocado, corn, and black beans.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
Notes
Add jalapeños to ranch dressing for spice. Incorporate sautéed bell peppers and onions. Use guacamole instead of avocado. Substitute cheddar cheese with pepper jack cheese.
