Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean surface, covered with a damp cloth. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper, moisten edges with water, and fold to seal.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray tops lightly with cooking spray, and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove wontons from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing.
Notes
Leftover wontons can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispiness.
