  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Approximately 1.5 to 2 pounds total.
  • 6 ounces Stuffing Mix Your favorite stuffing mix.
  • 1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 1 medium Onion Finely chopped.
  • 1 stalk Celery Finely chopped.

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion and celery finely to ensure they cook evenly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the chopped onion and celery. Stir well.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and melted butter. Mix until the stuffing is well moistened.
  • Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, dried thyme, and black pepper over the chicken breasts.
  • Spoon the prepared stuffing mixture over the chicken breasts evenly.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Check the chicken's internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and fluff the stuffing with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
