Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- 2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes until onions are translucent.
- 3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined. Remove from heat and let cool.
- 4. Lay out egg roll wrappers and place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each.
- 5. Moisten edges with water, fold bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, and roll tightly to seal.
- 6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- 7. Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking oil and place egg rolls in a single layer.
- 8. Spray tops of egg rolls with cooking oil and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- 9. Check for doneness; egg rolls should be golden brown and crispy. Add extra time if needed.
- 10. Remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- 11. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
