Ingredients
Rice Ingredients
- 1 cup Long Grain White Rice Rinse under cold water before cooking.
- 2 cups Water Essential for cooking the rice evenly.
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Finely chopped.
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Freshly squeezed from one medium lime.
- 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste.

Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice and water. Add olive oil if using.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
