Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place prosciutto or turkey ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, then roll tightly.
Secure the rolls with toothpicks if necessary.
Set up a breading station with beaten egg and seasoned breadcrumbs. Dip each roll in egg, then breadcrumbs.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the chicken rolls inside.
Air fry the chicken for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the chicken cooks, melt butter in a saucepan, then whisk in heavy cream and simmer.
Add grated Swiss cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and smooth.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after cooking, then slice into pinwheels.
Drizzle the creamy Swiss cheese sauce over the sliced chicken before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer.
