Instructions
Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Mince the garlic and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes with one tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Season the steak bites with salt and pepper. In a mixing bowl, add the cubed steak and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, tossing to coat.
Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them and add the steak bites to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook the steak bites at 400°F (200°C) for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove the steak bites and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over them. Toss gently to coat.
Add the crispy potatoes back to the serving plate with the steak bites. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
For variations, consider adding red pepper flakes for spice or different herbs for flavor.
