  • 1 pound Steak (sirloin or ribeye) Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 medium Potatoes (russet or Yukon gold) Diced into small cubes.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Mince finely.
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (unsalted) Melted for garlic butter sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For coating steak and potatoes.
  • Salt and Pepper To taste.
  • Fresh Parsley For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Mince the garlic and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes with one tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Season the steak bites with salt and pepper. In a mixing bowl, add the cubed steak and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, tossing to coat.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them and add the steak bites to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook the steak bites at 400°F (200°C) for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove the steak bites and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over them. Toss gently to coat.
  • Add the crispy potatoes back to the serving plate with the steak bites. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

For variations, consider adding red pepper flakes for spice or different herbs for flavor.
