Ingredients
  

Salmon Ingredients

  • 1 pound Salmon fillets, skinless Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin for best flavor.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced finely.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For the creamy sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Black pepper Freshly cracked, to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Cut salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and toss to coat evenly.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Place salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  • While salmon cooks, prepare the creamy garlic sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add heavy cream and warm without boiling, then stir in minced garlic.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add lemon juice and stir to combine.
  • Once salmon is cooked, drizzle creamy garlic sauce over the bites and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the olive oil. Serve with a fresh salad or over grains for a complete meal.
