Salmon fillets, skinless
Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Olive oil
Extra virgin for best flavor.

For the creamy sauce.

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cut salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and toss to coat evenly.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Place salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
While salmon cooks, prepare the creamy garlic sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add heavy cream and warm without boiling, then stir in minced garlic.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add lemon juice and stir to combine.
Once salmon is cooked, drizzle creamy garlic sauce over the bites and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the olive oil. Serve with a fresh salad or over grains for a complete meal.
