Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Separate the wings into drumettes and wingettes if whole, and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix well.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Spread the wings in a single layer on the rack.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check for doneness; wings should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and be golden brown.
