Ingredients

  • 1 pound Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined Fresh or thawed frozen shrimp preferred.

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted.
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional.

Topping

  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs For a crispy topping.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For toasting breadcrumbs.

Seasoning

  • To taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • If using frozen shrimp, ensure they are thawed and patted dry.
  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss the shrimp in a large mixing bowl with the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil and pour in the shrimp mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil, salt, and parsley. Sprinkle over the shrimp.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until shrimp are opaque and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  • Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges before serving.

Notes

Consider adding vegetables or cheese to customize the dish. Serve with pasta or crusty bread.
