Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
If using frozen shrimp, ensure they are thawed and patted dry.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper.
Toss the shrimp in a large mixing bowl with the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil and pour in the shrimp mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil, salt, and parsley. Sprinkle over the shrimp.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until shrimp are opaque and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
Notes
Consider adding vegetables or cheese to customize the dish. Serve with pasta or crusty bread.
