Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until well combined.
  • Add in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, cooked sausage, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is set and golden.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
