Instructions
 

  • Prepare your vegetables by washing and shredding the broccoli stems, carrots, and red cabbage. Combine all vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey or agave syrup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables and gently toss until well coated.
  • Fold in the sunflower seeds and dried cranberries or raisins.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
