Instructions

  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
  • Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil the grates or add a small amount of oil to the skillet.
  • Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Brush additional Buffalo sauce on the patties in the last minute of cooking, if desired.
  • Prepare your buns by toasting them on the grill or in a toaster.
  • Let the patties rest for a minute after cooking.
