Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  • 3. Add cooked chicken to the skillet, stir in buffalo sauce, and heat through for 3-5 minutes.
  • 4. Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  • 5. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasonings as needed.
  • 6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well combined. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  • 7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, cover, and let melt for 2-3 minutes.
  • 8. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley and serve immediately.
