Instructions
Prepare the pineapple by cutting off the top and bottom, then slicing off the skin and cutting into 1-inch thick rings or wedges.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to make the marinade.
Coat the pineapple slices in the marinade and let them sit for at least 15-20 minutes.
