  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar For caramelization.
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Adds warmth and complexity.

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice Brightens flavors.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pineapple by cutting off the top and bottom, then slicing off the skin and cutting into 1-inch thick rings or wedges.
  • In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to make the marinade.
  • Coat the pineapple slices in the marinade and let them sit for at least 15-20 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the pineapple slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for a minute before serving. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
