Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and fajita seasoning.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove chicken and sauté onions and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes until soft.
Return chicken to skillet, pour remaining juices back, and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
