Instructions

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out and cool completely on a wire rack.
Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
