Instructions
Gather all your ingredients on a clean work surface.
Slice the ciabatta bread horizontally, keeping both halves connected at one end.
Distribute the fresh mozzarella slices on the bottom half of the bread.
Layer the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the mozzarella.
Add the roasted red peppers on top of the tomatoes.
Add a handful of arugula over the roasted red peppers.
Scatter fresh basil leaves over the arugula.
Drizzle olive oil over the entire sandwich.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top layer.
Close the sandwich by folding over the top half of the bread and press down gently.
Grill the sandwich on a panini press or in a skillet until golden brown and crispy.
Slice the sandwich into manageable pieces and serve immediately.
Notes
For variations, consider adding grilled chicken, different cheeses, or additional vegetables like cucumbers or olives.
