Ingredients
  

Bread

  • 2 pieces Ciabatta Bread Sliced horizontally

Cheese

  • 4 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Sliced into thick rounds

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers Sliced
  • 1 handful Arugula For crunch
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves

Condiments

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze For drizzling

Seasoning

  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean work surface.
  • Slice the ciabatta bread horizontally, keeping both halves connected at one end.
  • Distribute the fresh mozzarella slices on the bottom half of the bread.
  • Layer the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the mozzarella.
  • Add the roasted red peppers on top of the tomatoes.
  • Add a handful of arugula over the roasted red peppers.
  • Scatter fresh basil leaves over the arugula.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the entire sandwich.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top layer.
  • Close the sandwich by folding over the top half of the bread and press down gently.
  • Grill the sandwich on a panini press or in a skillet until golden brown and crispy.
  • Slice the sandwich into manageable pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, consider adding grilled chicken, different cheeses, or additional vegetables like cucumbers or olives.
