Instructions

In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: applesauce, eggs, and vegetable oil.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
