  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries Washed and dried thoroughly.
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar To sweeten the dessert.

  • 1 cup Milk To combine ingredients smoothly.

  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar To sweeten the whipped cream.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar. Whisk until well blended.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the unsalted butter and allow it to cool slightly. Add the milk and mix well.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
  • Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  • Grease a baking dish and pour the batter into it, smoothing the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
  • In a mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream and add the powdered sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cooled dessert and garnish with additional blueberries.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
