  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream Adds tanginess.
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries Chopped for texture.
  • 1 cup Pecans Finely chopped, some reserved for rolling.
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Finely chopped for freshness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds depth of flavor.
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground for warmth.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and ensure cream cheese is softened.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
  • Form the mixture into a ball shape using your hands.
  • Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Unwrap and roll the cheese ball in reserved chopped pecans until fully coated.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and serve with crackers, fruits, and vegetables.
