Instructions

  • Add the egg and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture and beat until combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • Portion out the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Press down on each cookie ball with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Let cookies cool completely on the wire rack.
