Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Break apart as it cooks for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Drain excess fat from the skillet and return it to heat.
Add chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Stir in the Sloppy Joe sauce and let it simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread tortilla chips on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Spoon the Sloppy Joe mixture over the chips evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, garnish with green onions and jalapeños, and serve hot with sour cream.
