Instructions
1. Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until translucent.

4. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce, stirring to combine.
5. Add the broth and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
7. Break the lasagna noodles into pieces and add to the pot, stirring to submerge.
8. Simmer for an additional 10 to 12 minutes until the pasta is tender.
9. In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper.
