Instructions
1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
5. Pour the Bang Bang sauce into the skillet with garlic and stir for 1 minute.
6. Add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
7. Return shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat. Add reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
8. Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce.
9. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
10. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For variations, consider adding vegetables, using different pasta shapes, or adjusting the spice level.
