2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
3. Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer, scraping browned bits from the skillet.
6. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, mixing well.
7. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
9. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water if needed to adjust consistency.
10. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
