Instructions
 

  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and reserve half a cup of pasta water.
  • 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • 3. Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • 4. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • 5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer, scraping browned bits from the skillet.
  • 6. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, mixing well.
  • 7. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • 8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • 9. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water if needed to adjust consistency.
  • 10. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
