Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the large pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
Drain the shells and rinse under cold water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Fill each pasta shell with the chicken and cheese mixture.
Arrange the stuffed shells in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the shells.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
