Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to ice water to stop cooking.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add shredded chicken and blanched broccoli to the skillet, stirring to combine and heat through.
Pour in the Alfredo sauce and stir to coat the chicken and broccoli.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and broccoli mixture, folding gently to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
