  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Diced into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets Cut into small, uniform pieces.
  • 8 ounces Pasta Penne or rotini works well.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For the creamy sauce.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese For flavor and creaminess.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Black Pepper Freshly ground.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare ingredients: Dice chicken, wash and cut broccoli, mince garlic, and grate Parmesan.
  • 2. Boil salted water in a large pot, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chicken with salt and pepper until golden and cooked through (5-7 minutes).
  • 4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • 5. Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender.
  • 6. Reduce heat, add heavy cream, and simmer for a few minutes. Adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
  • 7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • 8. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Add more pasta water if necessary.
  • 9. Remove from heat and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  • 10. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan or cracked pepper if desired.

Notes

For variations, consider using different vegetables, spices, or pasta shapes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
