  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic For flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the chicken pieces in the slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth.
  • Add the heavy cream and stir gently to combine.
  • Sauté minced garlic and chopped onion in a skillet until fragrant, then add to the slow cooker.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Add fresh spinach and optional pasta to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Shred the chicken in the slow cooker once cooked.
  • Stir in the grated parmesan cheese before serving.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
