  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Tender and juicy, soaks up the flavors of the sauce.

Pasta

  • 8 ounces Pasta (fettuccine or penne) Cook al dente for best texture.

Sauce

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Provides a creamy texture.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated Freshly grated melts better.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For cooking the chicken.

Seasoning

  • Salt and Pepper To taste.

Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  • 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • 4. Remove chicken and let rest before slicing.
  • 5. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and simmer.
  • 6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  • 7. Toss pasta in the sauce, add sliced chicken, and mix well.
  • 8. Heat through, adjust seasoning, and serve garnished with parsley.
