Instructions
1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
4. Remove chicken and let rest before slicing.
5. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and simmer.
6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
7. Toss pasta in the sauce, add sliced chicken, and mix well.
8. Heat through, adjust seasoning, and serve garnished with parsley.
