  • 8 ounces Lasagna Noodles Broken into pieces or left whole.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Adds creaminess to the soup.
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated for best results.
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Blend of herbs like basil, oregano, and thyme.
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Adds color and nutrition.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For sautéing garlic and spinach.

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add spinach to the pot and stir for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  • Pour in the broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  • Add lasagna noodles and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
