Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
Prepare another bowl with panko breadcrumbs.
Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
Next, dip the floured shrimp into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess egg to drip off.
Roll the shrimp in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure a good coating.
Arrange the coated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook the shrimp in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
While the shrimp are cooking, prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
Once the shrimp are cooked, carefully remove them from the air fryer and place them on a serving platter.
Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the crispy shrimp, or serve it on the side for dipping. Garnish with chopped green onions.
Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
