Instructions
Wash and peel the Russet potatoes, then slice them into even strips, approximately ¼ inch thick.
Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the dried potato strips with olive oil and toss to coat.
Add garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and toss again until evenly coated.
Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Once golden brown and crispy, remove the fries and sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure fries are not overcrowded in the air fryer. Adjust seasonings to personal taste.
