Instructions
Prepare your workspace and gather all ingredients for assembly.
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pickles, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Lay one egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape with a corner facing you. Add about 2 tablespoons of filling to the center.
Fold the corner closest to you over the filling, then fold the side corners inward and roll away from you. Seal with a little water.
Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray on all sides.
Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispiness.
