Instructions
Gather all ingredients and tools, including a large cutting board, a sharp knife for cutting chicken, and three shallow bowls for breading.
Cut the chicken breasts into even strips, approximately 1 inch wide.
In the first shallow bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
In the second bowl, crack the eggs and beat them until well mixed.
In the third bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.
Coat each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat about ½ inch of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Carefully add the chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the cooked chicken tenders to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
