Chicken

  • 2 large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut into strips.

Breading

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour Base for the breading.
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten, for binding.
  • 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs For a crunchy texture.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To enhance flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds warmth and color.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For savory depth.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Adds sweetness.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper For a bit of spice.

Cooking Oil

  • Vegetable or Canola Oil For frying.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and tools, including a large cutting board, a sharp knife for cutting chicken, and three shallow bowls for breading.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into even strips, approximately 1 inch wide.
  • In the first shallow bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • In the second bowl, crack the eggs and beat them until well mixed.
  • In the third bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.
  • Coat each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Heat about ½ inch of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Carefully add the chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the cooked chicken tenders to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
