Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold or Russet Potatoes Peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil For coating the potatoes.
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese For flavor and crunchy crust.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For subtle garlic flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To enhance natural flavors.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper For warmth and spice.
  • Chopped Fresh Herbs (optional) For garnish.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into evenly sized cubes, about 1-inch thick.
  • Place the cut potatoes into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and toss to coat.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the cheese mixture to the oiled potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer.

  • Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before transferring to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  • Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!

Notes
