  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binding agent.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Adds sweetness.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and steam the broccoli for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  • Finely chop the steamed broccoli and let it cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli and shredded cheese.
  • Add breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into balls about 1-2 inches in diameter and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the balls.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These cheese balls can be served with various dips like marinara or ranch. They can also be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
