Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, blueberries, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
Add honey or maple syrup, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with vanilla yogurt.
