Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese Preferably low-fat or full-fat.
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen.
  • 3 large Eggs Acts as a binding agent.
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup For sweetness.
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats Adds texture and fiber.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder For rising.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon For flavor.
  • Vanilla Yogurt (optional) For serving.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, blueberries, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add honey or maple syrup, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with vanilla yogurt.
