Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken and breadcrumbs.

Crack the egg into the bowl.

Sprinkle in salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients until just combined.
Portion out the mixture and roll into balls.
Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Heat marinara sauce in a skillet over medium heat.
Transfer cooked meatballs to the skillet and coat with sauce.
Simmer meatballs in sauce for 5-10 minutes.
Let meatballs rest before serving.
